About Eliana

About Eliana Diamond, CH, PSYCH-KŪ Facilitator, Seattle and Bellevue area, WA

I have always been fascinated with the mind and “states of consciousness.”  A few decades ago, as a college student, I began Transcendental Meditation (TM) with the goal of increasing my IQ.  The TM technique (to my surprise) gave me the experience of other states of consciousness beyond waking, dreaming and sleeping, and made me want to learn more about the capacity of the mind.  At the time, scientists were hooking meditators up to equipment to measure the increased brain wave coherence during meditation.   These studies validated the subjective experience of meditators, and helped explain the personal changes that I and other meditators were experiencing as a result of meditation.

I worked for 22 years in the Corporate world, in project management and department management positions.  My greatest joy, in addition to the fabulous people I worked with, was company-wide projects for implementing change.  These changes would improve company processes while at the same time help ease coworker frustrations.

Currently, my work as a PSYCH-KŪ Facilitator integrates all of my interests: the mind, consciousness (the conscious, subconscious and whole-brain states of the mind), and supporting change.  I became a certified hypnotherapist* to further explore the power of our subconscious mind.  And then I discovered PSYCH-KŪ, in Bruce Lipton’s book The Biology of Belief.  I immediately embraced and studied PSYCH-KŪ, one of the smartest things I have ever done.

And now, I love assisting people to bring peace into their lives, in whatever area of their life that may be.

I acknowledge and thank my extraordinary PSYCH-KŪ instructors, Dr. Romalee Davis and Robin Graham.
